## Description

As a Salesforce Architect, you will join our Digital and Technology team, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution designers to deliver cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

Your role will focus on architecting and optimising Commerce Cloud and Order Management capabilities to support Heathrow’s retail and service operations.

Principal accountabilities:

- Designing and governing the architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

- Collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

- Leading technical design sessions and providing guidance to development teams on best practices and integration patterns.

- Defining and maintaining architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and security frameworks.

- Evaluating new Salesforce features and third-party tools to recommend enhancements that drive business value.

- Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and performance standards across all Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications, skills, and experience:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Commerce Cloud and Order Management.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with API design, data modelling, and system integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent advanced certifications.

- Experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce environments.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
