## Description

As an Optical Manager at Asda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our customers through excellent service and clinical care.

You will oversee and manage the entire optical operation, including managing a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, compliance processes, sales forecasting, and department targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants

- Oversee compliance processes and procedures

- Review sales forecasting and department targets

- Deal with customer queries

- Clinic management and shop floor process management

- Coach and develop your team

Requirements:

- Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC

- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD

- Confident in coaching others

- Excellent customer and patient care skills

- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment

- Organised and able to manage your time effectively
