## Description

Working as a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader at Target involves driving sales growth, managing a team, and ensuring a consistent guest experience. You will oversee various aspects of store operations, including inventory management, pricing, and promotional signing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability

- Manage Food & Beverage, food services, and General Merchandise areas

- Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency

- Enable efficient delivery to guests through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work

- Develop strategies to complete scheduled workload and ensure guest readiness

- Conduct regular check-ins with team members and manage workload planning

- Oversee GM Team Leaders' workload planning and sales plans

- Drive fulfillment sales and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment

- Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience

- Assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business objectives

- Work a flexible schedule that aligns with guest and business needs

Requirements:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing conflict

- Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision-making

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
