## Description

As a Medical Information Communication Area Manager at Pfizer, you will be responsible for managing all business operations within your designated area.

Your main objectives will be to:

- Develop and implement regional work goals and development plans

- Build a high-performing team with excellent morale

- Respond to customer needs to achieve regional goals

- Guide and support medical information communication specialists in their professional development

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and executing business plans to meet company targets

- Recruiting and evaluating team members, implementing incentives and disciplinary actions

- Developing plans to enhance team compliance awareness and professional skills

- Providing targeted coaching through regular visits and discussions

- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for strategic planning

- Coordinating projects and events, managing resources effectively

- Maintaining relationships with key customers and partners

- Staying updated on policies affecting the business and contributing to market access efforts

- Establishing effective communication systems and collaborating with other departments

- Advising on policy modifications to ensure efficient operations

- Supporting innovation initiatives and exploring new opportunities

Requirements:

- University diploma in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field

- Proficiency in MS Office and good English skills

- Strong knowledge of relevant products

- Excellent influencing and strategic thinking abilities

- Effective communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

- Teamwork and learning agility

- Self-motivated and able to manage pressure

- At least 3 years of experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong performance record

- Experience in business management within the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
