## Why Harvey

At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. We're scaling fast and defining a new category in real time, with strong product-market fit and world-class investor support.

## Role Overview

As Harvey grows, we're taking on increasingly complex, cross-functional programs that cut across teams and require dedicated end-to-end ownership. As the Global Operations Lead, you'll run point on some of our key operational initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, building plans, coordinating work across functions, and driving decisions and execution.

## What You'll Do

- Own complex, high-priority programs from initial planning through execution and handoff, including M&A initiatives, geographic expansion, and major operational transitions.

- Build and drive program plans, translating objectives into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.

- Partner deeply with functional teams, including People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and others to understand how decisions in one workstream affect another.

- Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, turning lessons learned from each program into better templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.

- Drive critical decisions forward, developing a point of view, framing tradeoffs, and ensuring decisions translate into execution.

- Own program communication and change management, from executive updates to employee communications.

- Keep the employee experience at the center, ensuring operational complexity translates into a coordinated, thoughtful experience for employees.

## What You Have

- 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments, including M&A transactions and integrations.

- A hands-on operating style and strong bias toward action, with the ability to dig into substance, step into gaps, and drive work forward.

- Strong stakeholder management and judgment, with the ability to align specialists and senior leaders across functions.

- Clear, direct executive communication, with the ability to distill complex programs into key decisions, risks, and tradeoffs.
