## Description

We are seeking an AVS to join our team in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. As an AVS, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience at our branch through your attention at the counter and according to the needs of the branch. You will also promote existing and potential customers to our products and services, referring them to promoters or alternative channels to help increase profitability at the branch.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a licenciatura in the area of Economic-Administrative or Financial ( truncated or concluded) or a Bachillerato concluded. You will also need to have experience in service and/or customer attention, minimum 6 months, and experience in sales, minimum of 6 months, preferably in the financial sector. You will work a Monday to Saturday schedule.

As an AVS, you will be expected to have orientation to the customer and to sales, work in a team, focus on results/solution of problems, and adapt to change.
