## Description

We are seeking a part-time Parts Service Team Member (m/f/d) to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Berlin-Adlershof. As a specialist for Tequipment, wheels, and tyres, you will be responsible for consulting and selling spare parts and accessories to external customers and our own workshop.

**Responsibilities:**

- Consult and sell spare parts and accessories to external customers and our own workshop

- Handle inquiries via email, phone, and the 'Parts Link' program

- Maintain and display products from the Tequipment and Porsche Lifestyle Program, including reordering

- Deliver commissioned parts to the workshop

- Store spare parts and maintain the warehouse

- Process incoming goods, including comparing deliveries with orders

- Check invoices

- Handle hazardous materials and goods

**Requirements:**

- Completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive industry (retail sales or logistics)

- Experience as a parts service team member is desirable

- Good knowledge of Porsche models

- Familiarity with the CROSS system is advantageous

- Organisational skills, teamwork, hands-on mentality, reliability, and a strong service orientation

- Class B driver's license

- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

- Willingness to work on Saturdays
