## Description

We are seeking a SAP Product Manager to lead the transformation of current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards and technology, focusing on the SAP MM module.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP MM solution and its implementation in conjunction with other components of the S/4 HANA modules.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand current business processes across all regions and plants

- Guide and mentor junior team members

- Study the transformation of current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards

- Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, and fit-gap analysis

- Recommend possible technology and process solutions

- Develop a roadmap and transformation map

- Deploy SAP S/4 MM across various sites globally

- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement

- Define the overall test strategy, scope, and approach

- Prepare and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test schedules

- Coordinate testing phases with functional and technical teams

- Lead and mentor the testing team

- Ensure defects are logged and resolved

Requirements:

- Minimum 13+ years of relevant experience

- Industry process knowledge and solution expertise in SAP MM

- Excellent understanding of the overall SAP MM solution and its implementation

- Good knowledge of automotive assembly and manufacturing domain

- Experience in SAP MM module configuration and SAP S4 Hana environment

- Handled global teams

- Automotive experience is preferred

- Support in an onshore/offshore model is preferred
