## Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a Technical Support Manager, you will provide direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions and coordinating projects utilizing multiple engineering disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of engineers

- Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects

- Communicate project status and escalate issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners

- Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions

- Provide people-care management for assigned team members

Requirements:

- First level university degree or equivalent experience required

- Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0-2 years of people management experience

- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution

- Advanced project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage human capital across geographies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience
