## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work Monday from 15:45-22:00 and Saturday from 15:45-22:00, with possible full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and ensure customers feel valued.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
