## Description

You're ready to put theory into practice. At HSBC Deutschland, we offer you the chance to join our team, support colleagues from various countries, and work on your own projects. As part of HSBC Continental Europe S. A. Germany, you'll help develop and expand our business in Düsseldorf.

We are seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2027 for the position of Praktikanten Institutional Sales / FX Sales. Your tasks will include:

- Supporting sales teams in daily business activities

- Assisting in creating trading strategies and presentation materials

- Coordinating trading activities with institutional clients and international HSBC units

- Conducting customer-specific trade analyses

- Collaborating with FX, rates, and credit sales teams on the trading floor

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Advanced university studies, ideally in economics or a related field

- Strong interest in capital market developments

- Knowledge of Bloomberg is desirable

- Initial practical experience is beneficial

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

- Programming skills in VBA are advantageous

- Excellent social skills

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
