## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bristol Cabot Circus store. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility and adaptability

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 14:00-22:00

- Monday: 14:00-22:00

- Tuesday: 14:00-22:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
