## Description

As a Sales Ambassador at Cartier, you will ensure a unique client experience before, during, and after a sale. You will achieve sales targets and proactively develop your client portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

**Sales Achievements:**

- Provide an exceptional client experience during a sale

- Master the steps of a sale, including welcome, discovery, convincing, closing, and development

- Adapt to clients' needs and motivations

- Strive to improve and surprise clients

- Handle negotiations and objections with ease

- Transmit the passion and values of the Maison

- Act as a privileged contact for clients in case of Care Service

- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

**Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:**

- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty

- Efficiently develop the client portfolio and execute targeted CRM actions

- Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison

**Daily Boutique Operations:**

- Respect all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures

- Participate in inventories

- Assist with set-up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique

- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines

- Assist with special projects when requested
