## Description

Mastercard Services is our professional services and solutions arm, providing customers with value-added services to enhance business performance and consumer experiences.

As Manager, Specialist Sales, you will be responsible for generating new loyalty platform sales within the financial services segment in North America.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure multimillion-dollar, multi-year deals

- Build and maintain an active pipeline, progressing to signed platform deals

- Articulate the benefits of bundling Loyalty Solutions products with other Data & Services products

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, program management, and finance

- Provide fact-based thinking and analytics to drive sales decisions

- Serve as the face of Mastercard D&S to senior-level client stakeholders

Requirements:

- Proven track record of selling to senior executives and navigating matrixed organizations

- Strong working knowledge of the financial services ecosystem, payment solutions, and value propositions for acquisition, retention, and usage campaigns

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to senior client audiences

- Strong commercial drive with the ability to build and monetize senior client relationships

- Strategic software sales experience with expertise in CRM/Martech/Loyalty/Media

- Arlington, Virginia: $115,000 - $164,000 USD

- Atlanta, Georgia: $100,000 - $143,000 USD

- Boston, Massachusetts: $115,000 - $164,000 USD

- O'Fallon, Missouri: $100,000 - $143,000 USD

- Purchase, New York: $115,000 - $164,000 USD
