## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting Certification in a specialty area, such as sports medicine or pediatrics Bilingual or multilingual skills
