As a Student Marketeter, you will create and implement brilliant sales and marketing projects to strengthen the Red Bull brand and product consumption among students and beyond. As a Red Bull Student Marketeter, you will be part of the most dynamic and effective brand representation program in the world. You will know the Red Bull target audience and be responsible for the brand image and product knowledge in your university and area. The programme's objective is to reach new consumers, conquer university students, increase sales and brand visibility in universities. This means direct contact with potential consumers and customers through product trials, as well as direct collaboration during Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Our Student Marketeters enjoy the dynamism compared to office work and want to work in a creative environment. Responsibilities: ### Areas where you will be involved All the responsibilities we will entrust to you: - **Be a Brand & Product Ambassador** Live the brand values and those of the company, fully representing the brand through continued interaction with consumers and customers. Increase the number of our consumers through product tasting and knowledge of Red Bull, through sampling activities in the right place and at the right time, responding in a competent manner to any questions from consumers. Plan and put into action an innovative action plan within universities that can involve students and highlight the brand. Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector. Bring the Red Bull world to your social channels with genuine and authentic content. Collaborate with Red Bull events to ensure consumers have a unique experience. - **Excellence in execution** Always strive for excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work. Share ideas and collaborate with your team, through regular meetings both face-to-face and online. Plan and manage your work through an online platform dedicated to you, respecting deadlines and accurately. Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business, through local analysis of trends and general opportunities. - **Being sales specialists** Create a relationship with zone sales accounts and ensure Red Bull is available and well visible in retail points. Collaborate with sales to open new retail points inside and outside your university. Utilise all Red Bull assets to put them in the spotlight in retail points. Ensure perfect execution of required standards in retail points.
