## Description

DWS Group is seeking an ETF & RIA Business Development Specialist to cover the West Region remotely.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with financial advisor professionals in the sales territory, working with the Market Leader as an ETF Material Expert, and opening new business with RIA entities with $1B+ in AUM.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining business relationships with financial advisor professionals

- Maintaining a high-level understanding of DWS's wide range of investment products and global investment views

- Distributing active, passive, and alternative solutions to DWS's most important clients

- Managing and leveraging relationships to gain access and referrals within each target team

- Working with various DWS resources, including ETF Specialists, Alternative Specialists, and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets

- Delivering the DWS value proposition to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients

Requirements include:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Approximately five years of relevant experience

- Strong interest in becoming an ETF subject matter expert

- Existing relationships in the territory are beneficial but not required

- Strong investigative skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications include:

- Series 7/63 license

- CIMA, CFA, or other industry designations

The salary range for this position is $97,000 to $194,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
