## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Contact Centre team at Eurostar International in Brussels. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers before, during, and after their journey via various channels such as email, phone, chat, and social media.

You will work in a hybrid environment, combining digital self-service solutions with human expertise to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, while embodying Eurostar's values and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

- Provide clear, personalized, and timely responses to customer inquiries via various channels

- Analyze situations autonomously and propose adapted solutions

- Manage specific or sensitive files, such as loyalty customers or priority cases

- Ensure sales and after-sales services for tickets

- Apply service standards and GDPR guidelines rigorously

- Contribute to continuous improvement and team spirit

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer orientation and commercial approach

- Ability to analyze situations, take initiatives, and propose solutions

- Proficiency in digital tools and artificial intelligence technologies

- Fluency in at least three of the following languages: French, English, Dutch, and German
