## Description

Cisco is seeking an Account Executive to lead engagement with key Commercial customers in the Norwegian market.

In this role, you will:

- Focus on delivering an outstanding client experience, identifying new business opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor.

- Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs across IT and their lines of business.

- Own, develop, and lead the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.

- Plan and implement your sales strategy to meet agreed achievements and timescales.

- Work alongside a supportive extended sales team and subject-matter experts across numerous client projects.

- Work closely with the Cisco Partner team to drive strategy and delivery of new solutions and incremental value.

- Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports.

Minimum qualifications:

- 4+ years of work experience.

- Team-player who thrives in a high-paced and dynamic environment and owns the sales lifecycle.

- Ambitious and result-oriented with a passion for technology.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in Account Management or Business Development in a tech or related industry.

- Proven experience of growing market share and competitive displacement.

- Negotiation skills.

- Experience in developing key stakeholder relationships to increase Cisco relevance in the private sector market.
