## Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will deliver structural engineering solutions, manage projects, and contribute to high-quality technical outputs within a multidisciplinary consulting engineering environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and manage structural engineering projects in a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering environment;

- Analyse reinforced concrete and steel structures;

- Lead small design teams;

- Produce quality work that conforms to ISO quality standards;

- Monitor and manage design teams to meet deadlines;

- Liaise with clients and project teams.

**Health and Safety:**

- Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour;

- Contribute to identifying SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero Harm;

- Embrace and promote company values to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Ideally 5 or more years of experience in structural engineering with Pr Eng or eligible for registration;

- Civil engineering experience advantageous;

- Project management experience advantageous.

**Key Competencies and Generic Skills:**

- Proven record of delivering in a deadline-oriented environment;

- Excellent interpersonal skills;

- Computer literate in AutoCAD, Prokon, MS Office Suite, MS Projects;

- Ability to interact with office and construction teams;

- Valid driver's license.
