## Job Summary

As a Linux and Manufacturing Support Engineer in Taipei, you'll support the infrastructure used by Graphcore's engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring it's reliable, secure, and up-to-date.

## Responsibilities

You'll solve problems directly, from support requests to complex Linux and network issues. You'll manage Debian and RedHat environments across bare metal and virtual machines, maintain core services like DNS, DHCP, and NFS, and support on-premises servers and engineering workflows.

## Requirements

- Strong Linux administration skills across Debian and RedHat derivatives, on bare metal and virtual machines

- A methodical approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

- Strong system administration experience, including responsibility for core infrastructure services

- Experience managing Infrastructure-as-Code using Puppet, Ansible or similar, with Git version control

- Good networking knowledge, including VLANs, routing and subnetting

- Clear communication and customer service skills, with confidence supporting colleagues and engineering teams
