## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) team supporting various Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Attack (EA) / Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) Systems.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and test ESM and EA/ECM systems in ground-based or aerial EW domains, including Counter-Radar, Counter-UAS, Counter-Comms, Counter-PNT, and Counter-RCIED

- Work with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs)

- Create system requirements, ensure requirement traceability, and validate system design

- Coordinate across disciplines to define, implement, and validate system requirements and design

- Lead program teams through systems engineering reviews, including SRR, PDR, and CDR

- Write technical documents, such as white papers, proposals, and test reports

- Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Balance multiple projects simultaneously

**Requirements**

- 4+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience

- Experience with system design, development, and testing of ESM and EA/ECM systems

- Experience with embedded devices and SDRs

- Excellent technical writing skills

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders

- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in SIL design, setup, and automation

- Familiarity with RF systems and RF test equipment

- Experience with system-level RF cascade analysis, co-site analysis, and mission modeling

- Experience with mission modeling tools like AFSIM and STK

- Flight test experience and flight test data analysis

- Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
