## Description

We are seeking a trainee lawyer to join our Real Estate team. Our team advises national and international companies in the real estate industry on all aspects of real estate law, including property transactions, real estate M&A, project developments, commercial leases, and public and private construction law.

As a trainee lawyer with us, you will have diverse development opportunities through our HLC Next trainee program, which includes personal mentoring, training on the job, support with preparing for the second state exam, practice insights, interactive skills trainings, and numerous networking events.

Our ideal candidate has:

- At least a satisfactory first state exam or a completed part of the first state exam at a German university

- Interest in economic connections and processes

- The scientific work can also be carried out as part of a doctorate or legal clerkship
