## Description

We are seeking an Officer, Client Portal Support, Client Services - Operations to join our team.

As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through timely handling of email and phone enquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Handle email and phone enquiries from HKEX clients in a timely manner

- Act as HKEX administrator to grant, change, or remove company and user access to various HKEX portals and systems

- Provide support in user onboarding and liaise with IT in arranging External User Testing access for FINI users

- Perform administrative tasks and assist team members in ad-hoc tasks

- Provide support to Access Management system enhancement and participate in User Acceptance Test

Requirements:

- University degree or above

- 1-2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Client Services and/or Operations

- A team-player attitude and self-driven learning mindset

- Great self-organisation, task prioritisation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills

- Knowledge in securities/finance/customer services with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland markets is welcomed
