## Description

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to support biotech customers across the Nordic region. This role combines scientific expertise with relationship building and business growth.

**Job Scope** Develop and manage assigned accounts, building strong partnerships with biotech organizations and key decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions and drive sustainable revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and strategically manage assigned accounts across the territory

- Research and understand territory growth opportunities and develop an effective business plan and sales strategy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Schedule customer visits and sales calls, execute sales strategy, and capture detailed notes through CRM

- Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback with internal stakeholders

- Represent GenScript at industry conferences and networking events

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Immunology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline

- At least 3 years of sales experience within the life sciences, biotechnology, or CRO sector

- Familiarity with Gene Synthesis, Proteins, Peptides, Antibodies, Cell Line Development Services

- Hands-on laboratory experience and ability to engage in scientific discussions with customers

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Fluent English communication skills

- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required

**Nice to Have**

- Master's or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Immunology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline

- Experience selling reagent services

- Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish

- Track record working effectively in a global, cross-functional, multicultural team
