## Description

We are seeking a full-time Banquet Server to join our team at Crowne Plaza Crystal City. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional guest service, creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to health regulations and local liquor laws.

- Complete side work, including cleaning and restocking supplies.

- Control expenses by following company procedures and reducing waste.

- Work safely, maintaining a clean and safe work area.

- Manage workload, prioritizing tasks and adhering to company policies.

- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

- Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to work well with others.

- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Experience:

- One year of prior bussing experience in a fast-paced environment.
