## Description

As a Sales Engineer (Industry) at FUCHS, you will report to the Division Manager (Industry) and play a crucial role in achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned geographic territory/industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Promoting the sale of lubricants through regular planned customer visits and recommending new products where applicable

- Ensuring sales, collections, and gross margin targets are achieved

- Providing technical assistance and arranging successful field trials for various customer applications

- Maintaining competitive information on price, sales volume, and market share, as well as competitive marketing activity

- Forecasting sales to ensure stocks are available

- Updating and monitoring price lists and ensuring pricing is within approved guidelines

- Ensuring all statutory and company-required paperwork is up to date through effective record keeping and organization

- Developing and owning Key Account Management plans and activities

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree with a technical focus/background in chemical engineering, mechanical, or industrial engineering

- At least 3 years of experience in selling high-end lubricants, chemicals, or machinery industries, preferably in a multinational company

- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai language

- Good skills in data processing using MS Office

- A self-driven and motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on high-quality and business profit

- Ownership of a car and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
