## Description

As an RBC Financial Advisor, you attract, nurture, and grow relationships with high-value personal and small business clients, adding value in moments that matter to them.

You provide clients with proactive, professional advice and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals and key life events.

Responsibilities:

- Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness, and understanding in interactions with colleagues and clients

- Communicate effectively to uncover client needs, deliver client-centric advice, and resolve client concerns

- Use your own advice capabilities and those of RBC partners to meet clients' financial needs

- Provide professional advice and education on complex credit and investments

- Champion digital enablement and educate clients to self-serve

- Make good use of technology to connect with clients virtually and face-to-face

- Implement effective contact and relationship-building strategies

- Collaborate with market-leading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking

Requirements:

- Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)

- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry

- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices

- Bilingualism (English and French) required
