## Description

The On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM) brings Red Bull's national On Premise Marketing strategy to life at the regional level. This role leads industry and consumer marketing initiatives that expand brand reach, strengthen Red Bull's premium position in the market, and create impactful experiences that drive consumer engagement and category growth.

Responsibilities:

- Execute On Premise marketing strategy

- Drive consumer and industry strategies for scale and impact

- Lead the On Premise team in marketing initiatives

- Expand reach and drive trial through events

- Leverage marketing assets into the On Premise

- Live the Red Bull On Premise culture: Create Affinity

Requirements:

- 3+ years marketing in a commercial environment

- Experience in On Premise sales, marketing, or distribution

- Experience in live event production and experiential marketing

- People leadership/management experience preferred

- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur

- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment

- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen

- Highly-developed planning, prioritization and organizational ability

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills

- Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends)

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
