## Description

Ajax Systems, an international technology company and Europe's largest security system developer and manufacturer, is opening a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

## Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Specialist at our Istanbul facility, you will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and release of goods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and directing storekeepers and assistants

- Organizing loading and unloading operations in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations

- Controlling material asset allocation and overseeing receipt processes

- Ensuring efficient processing of shipment requests and monitoring packaging quality

- Participating in warehouse management optimization and improvement initiatives

- Preparing and processing warehouse documents and reports

- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate records

- Bearing full material responsibility for warehouse assets

## Qualifications

Requirements for the role include:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or senior warehouse operations

- Proficiency in warehouse programs and MS Office applications

- Good command of English and Turkish

- Knowledge of electronic components and regulatory materials on warehouse management

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
