## Description

As a Cafe Manager at Morrisons, you will be responsible for running a welcoming and vibrant café, leading a team to deliver outstanding service, and ensuring high stock availability.

You will:

- Put customers first, empowering your team to deliver friendly and attentive service

- Lead and support your team, managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development

- Drive performance and standards, guiding colleagues to meet operational and sales targets

- Keep operations running smoothly, planning resources and managing daily routines
