## Description

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a team that delivers an incredible experience for customers every day. You will work in one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

- Work together as a team to deliver an incredible experience for customers

- Accept and process new inventory

- Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately

- Ensure quality of each shipment and pack items correctly

- Help out in other areas to ensure operations are running efficiently

- Handle, store, and distribute products in a safe and quality manner

Requirements:

- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift

- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly

- Previous warehouse experience not required
