## Description

We are seeking an Events Manager to support the planning and execution of high-touch creator, press, and executive-facing events at OpenAI. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, polished under pressure, and experienced in building white glove experiences for high-profile guests.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and execute high-touch creator, press, and executive-facing events from end to end

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines

- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors

- Oversee attendee registration, check-in processes, and manage event communications

- Maintain meticulous financial records

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders

- Implement and manage safety and security protocols

- Collect, analyze, and report event metrics

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of event production experience

- Excellent judgment and strong hospitality mindset

- Experience in building white glove experiences for high-profile guests
