The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this role is $197K - $278K per year, with additional compensation including equity, performance-related bonuses, and benefits.

## About the team

The AI Deployment Engineer team ensures the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications for developers and enterprises. As an AI Deployment Engineer in the Digital Native segment, you'll help large companies transform their business through custom AI solutions applications.

## About the role

We're looking for a driven solutions leader with a product mindset to partner with customers and ensure they achieve tangible business value with frontier AI. You'll pair with senior customer leaders to establish AI strategic roadmaps and identify high-value applications. You'll then partner with their engineering and product teams to move from prototype to production.

## Responsibilities

- Deeply embedded with sophisticated platform customers, serving as their technical thought partner

- Proactively provide guidance on maximizing business impact from applications

- Experiment and prototype solutions with and for customers

- Forge and manage relationships with customers' leadership and stakeholders

- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources

- Scale the AI Deployment Engineering function through sharing knowledge and best practices

- Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams

## Requirements

- 5+ years of technical consulting experience

- Proficient in Python and JavaScript

- Experience building and delivering prototypes on top of API platforms

- Led complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders

- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for maximizing customers' business value

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

- Humble attitude and eagerness to help others

- Ability to operate with high horsepower and navigate ambiguity
