## Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a 专员, 团险理赔岗.

Responsibilities:

- Complete claims review and verification within authorised limits

- Ensure daily work meets service standards, including case volume, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

- Participate in developing claims review operation rules

- Provide guidance and mentorship to new colleagues within the team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine or Law

- 3+ years of experience in claims review

- Experience in handling complaints and anti-fraud efforts is an asset

- Customer-focused with teamwork spirit and strong communication skills

- Efficient problem-solving abilities
