## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost & Quotation Enablement Analyst to join our Supply Chain Procurement team in Taipei. As a Cost & Quotation Enablement Analyst, you will play a critical role in validating Monthly Quote/Cost files from suppliers, implementing creative problem-solving solutions to balance a huge volume of data validations and insights. You will work diligently to maintain quote accuracy and transform processes and tools in the Partner Business Management organization.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop solutions using programming languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, AHK, PowerShell, VBA, DAX, SQL Server, Power BI, Excel Solver, Power Query, Advanced SharePoint Workflows, PowerApps, Flow, and Python to design and develop tools to improve daily operations.

- Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, including Cost Analysis, BOM management, NPI process management, and system operations.

- Validate daily and monthly quotes for one or multiple ODMs.

- Validate and manage the complete lifecycle cost of various product families.

- Analyze new and complex project-related problems to generate problem statements and create innovative solutions.

- Communicate direction and guidance effectively and frequently to the team to ensure transparency and consistency.

- Interface and consult with all levels of personnel, including senior executives, on a regular basis to manage client expectations and establish rapport.

- Identify opportunities to mature the requirements management program and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Research, compile, and analyze information to develop/revise processes, procedures, presentations, lessons learned, and requirements documentation.

- Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

- Support data modeling, developing wireframes, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.

**Education & Experience Recommended**

- Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Proven work experience in the ICT industry, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related tool development field.
