## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

You will be working as an Agentic AI Engineer on the Air Dominance & Strike team, which designs, builds, and flies autonomous air vehicles.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Building and deploying multi-agent pipelines to compress the engineering design loop

- Designing and implementing how agents interact with classical engineering software

- Automating data extraction and aggregation across solvers, test benches, and program systems

- Building bespoke tooling through agents for engineering sub-disciplines

- Choosing which model to run at each stage of agent work and tuning routing, context management, and caching

- Building evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and sandboxed execution to defend agent behavior

- Mentoring engineers who are not ML specialists

The ideal candidate will have:

- MS or PhD in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering, computer science, data science, or machine learning

- 0-3 years of professional experience implementing agentic AI systems

- Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB, and working knowledge of at least one additional core language

- Experience with Model Context Protocols, multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, prompt engineering, and data extraction

- Proficiency developing on Linux, with containerized deployment via Docker and Kubernetes

The salary range for this role is $220,000-$292,000 USD per year.
