## Description

Anthropic is hiring a People Services Partner, Compliance. The successful candidate will manage compliance workstreams, represent People Services in audits, and develop scalable processes.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating and refining processes across onboarding and the employee lifecycle

- Managing the global background check program

- Preparing for new location obligations and regulatory changes

- Managing an HR compliance calendar

- Supporting internal and external audits

- Collaborating on controls and policy reviews

- Preparing and filing government reports

The ideal candidate has experience in HR compliance and governance across multiple countries, experience with audits, and government reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least 6 years of experience in HR/People Ops is preferred.
