## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers, and ensuring they feel valued every time they shop with us.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace in a high-pressure environment

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

Working hours:

- Sunday: 07:00-15:00

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 05:00-13:00

- Sunday: 07:00-12:00

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 05:00-14:15

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
