## Description

We are seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join our team at Mindplace Haywards Heath. As a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, you will provide high-quality, safe, and effective Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrate excellent clinical outcomes.

- Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention.

- Provide different models of service delivery including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations, depending on client preference.

- Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team.

- Provide signposting or onwards referral as and when required.

- Provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as and when required.

- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of Bupa's service policies and procedures.

- Attend regular clinical supervision, both individually and group-based, to support clinical practice.

**Requirements:**

- Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

- Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.

- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience providing high-intensity CBT interventions.

- IT Skills including proficient on Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.
