## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for owning key modules and performing code and design AI architectural reviews, suggesting best practices, and implementing design and development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver specific project deliverables as an AI Engineer.

- Provide guidance to the engineering team on building new LLM applications and leveraging existing AI applications.

- Improve the productivity of the engineering organization by infusing AI into coding standards and practices.

- Act as the AI projects design authority and shape best practices and methodologies within the team.

- Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines and AI/ML models.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.

- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Train and fine-tune machine learning models, evaluate performance, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Conduct research to explore new techniques and methodologies in AI/ML technologies.

- Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
