## Description

Join Zendesk as an EMEA Tax Manager to help run and scale the regional tax function. You will ensure strong tax compliance, reporting, governance, and planning across EMEA.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead EMEA corporate tax compliance, reporting, and governance

- Manage R&D tax-credit claims in Ireland, Poland, and Portugal

- Lead regional tax-accounting activities, including provision inputs and cash-tax planning

- Monitor the Group's transfer-pricing framework across EMEA

- Support EMEA Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting, and public CbCR processes

- Lead the response to tax authority enquiries and manage the tax audit process

- Review and lead workstreams relating to indirect tax matters

- Lead tax workstreams for acquisitions, entity restructurings, and other strategic projects

- Strengthen tax controls, documentation, data quality, and operational processes

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of corporate or international tax experience

- AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent professional tax qualification

- Experience managing multi-country EMEA tax workstreams and external advisers

- Strong working knowledge of Irish taxes

- Collaborative approach and ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders

- Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and financial-systems skills

- Comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation
