## Description

We are seeking a trainee to join our Corporate Strategy & Business Development team in Tokyo.

The successful candidate will work on providing business insights based on desktop research, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and supporting strategy development across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

- Provide business insights based on desktop research

- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights

- Support strategy development across multiple business units

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in university or graduate school

- Availability to participate in the trainee program for less than 20 hours per week

- Interest in the entertainment business

- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during the internship

- Agreement not to disclose program content without permission

- Proficiency in Japanese (native level) and English (varies by position)

Preferred qualifications:

- Passion for the media and entertainment industry

- Problem-solving skills

- Reliable communication with stakeholders and team members

- English PowerPoint presentation skills (oral communication skills a plus)

- Data analysis skills (e.g., data presentation, graphing, Excel)

- Japanese and English language skills

- Sense of responsibility for work

- Quick learner

- Team player with high communication skills
