We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Servicing and Payments Digital Product team in Capital One Small Business Bank, focusing on reimagining money movement capabilities for small business customers.

**Key Areas for Growth:**

- Human Centered: Collaborate with tech teams, identify research needs, and define feature design.

- Business Focused: Use data to ensure products deliver on business needs, own feature development roadmaps.

- Technology Driven: Work autonomously in an agile environment, conduct research, and develop features utilizing new technology.

- Transformational Leadership: Participate in horizontal forums, articulate product roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams.

**Requirements:**

- Intellectually Curious, Communicator & Influencer, Do-er, Passionate & Customer Focus, Learner, Team Player.

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.

- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

**Salary Information:**

- McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900

- New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400

- Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400
