## Description

As a Production Team Member at McLaren Automotive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, the build process (PES) is followed to build a supercar to the desired standard, and to escalate any build issues to your leader within takt.

You will need to have:

- Understanding of processes/work instructions to deliver a consistent process

- Understanding of workplace safety risk assessments and their meaning

- Ability to make sound and logical decisions

- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines

- Knowledge within the automotive sector would be desirable
