## Description

WSP is seeking a Senior Lead Substation Project Engineer for their Hailey, ID office.

This role involves providing subject matter technical support and leadership for multi-site projects, focusing on substation design, development, and construction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting department goals and client relationships

- Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

- Providing technical leadership across multiple projects

- Overseeing engineers and designers

- Preparing technical reports and presentations

- Collaborating with internal teams and clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

- 10+ years of relevant experience

- Engineer license required

- Highly proficient in electrical engineering principles and infrastructure design

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, codes, and regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
