## Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Organisations team at Okta's Auth0. The team is expanding Auth0 to help B2B SaaS applications easily manage access for their own customers and partners, at scale.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers to design and deliver powerful new enterprise functionality for SaaS customers. They will drive technical improvements to the codebase and architecture, mentor less experienced engineers, and work with the Product Manager and Product Designer to define new features.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver new enterprise functionality for SaaS customers

- Drive technical improvements to the codebase and architecture

- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers

- Help drive improvements to shared stacks of functionality

- Work with the team, Product Manager, and Product Designer to define new features and review customer feedback

Requirements:

- Previous experience using Node.js (JavaScript or TypeScript) and creating and maintaining public APIs

- Experience working on full-stack apps

- Eye for good engineering practices and testing

- Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS and Azure preferred)

- Good SQL knowledge and experience

Preferred skills:

- IAM/OAuth2 experience

- Understanding and experience of DevOps culture

- Knowledge of security engineering and application security

The annual base salary range for this position is between $136,000-$187,000 CAD. Okta offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave.
