## Description

Join the New York Red Bulls team as an Event Staff member at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.

As an Event Staff member, you will engage with fans and provide accurate information about Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium. You will provide a high level of customer service, problem-solve by effectively communicating with guests and managers, and have high energy when engaging fans and directing them to their proper hospitality areas.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with fans and provide accurate information about Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium

- Provide a high level of customer service

- Problem-solve by effectively communicating with guests and manager

- Have high energy when engaging fans and directing them to their proper hospitality areas

- Present a neat and tidy appearance while following uniform standards

- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, scan tickets, apply designated wristbands/credentials all in a timely, efficient and professional manner

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

- Flexible; you will work unusual hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays

- A commitment to work at least 70% of our 2027 Sprint Season & 27/28 Regular Season Home Schedule & Stadium Events

- Will endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work

The hourly rate for this position is $25/hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
