## Description

As a Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead (SEEL) at IQVIA, you will provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers.

Your main goals will be to increase patient enrollment through in-service presentations and develop tailored recruitment plans with CRAs and other field-based medical teams.

You will also work with referring physicians to develop referral networks and collaborate with support groups in the therapeutic area.

This is a full-time, field-based position requiring up to 75% nationwide travel.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field

- Clinical research experience required

- Registered Nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred

- CCRC preferred

- Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and/or healthcare education experience preferred

- Community engagement experience required

- Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

- Strong analytical and business acumen

- Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal oversight
