## Description

We are seeking a CRM Executive to join our fast-paced CRM team within the Zoopla marketing department. As a CRM Executive, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of our consumer and customer CRM strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the end-to-end email and push notification process for BAU CRM campaigns

- Creating and sending campaigns to maximise database engagement and drive ROI

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure required assets and meet project deadlines

- Continuously optimising existing triggered and manual journeys through rigorous testing

- Championing new CRM initiatives aligned with our broader business goals

- Partnering with our Content Systems Manager to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual tasks

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM, digital, or marketing role

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process

- Basic HTML coding skills

- Ability to develop strong working relationships

- Good analytical skills and written communication skills

- Proficient and willing user of technology

- Problem solver and fast learner

- Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude

Desired skills:

- Experience coding HTML for email campaigns

- Experience working with ESPs/CEPs (Iterable)

- Experience producing high-level reports with clear insights and recommendations
